MINIATURE MONDAY

In the spirit of Easter, here is one of my miniature needle felted bunnies. This item has sold. He was not easy to do. I had to hold him with a pair of tweezers while needle felting his shape.

BOOKMARKS ARE HERE !

I've finally got the bookmarks ready for auction. Only one so far (and not the one pictured above). I was trying to do original painting bookmarks but the thickness of the paints made the laminating a nightmare. So I have had prints made of the paintings and will have them up on auction tonight. Hope you like them :)

FUNNY HOW THINGS WORK OUT

Today I was going through some of my old painting files when I ran across something really funny. I used to paint many dog pictures and one of my favorite subjects was a brown skinny whippet / greyhound. I did lots of paintings with this subject. Who knew that a few years later I would adopt this dog and make him part of our family. Above is an older painting of my subject and below is our latest rescue...John Henry, who came to live with us in February of this year, from horrific conditions at a puppy mill. See any resemblance?

New bookmarks and Mini sculptures coming to Ebay

I'm trying out some new bookmarks with original paintings (not prints). I'll have them listed this week on ebay. I have also been having fun with some mini cat sculptures made of clay, and hand flocked to give them a furry feel. Also please check out my Etsy store.
